You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the Meta Platform Terms, and all other WhatsApp/Meta commerce and business policies. In particular:

• You will obtain verifiable opt-in consent before messaging any contact.
• You will honor unsubscribe and STOP requests and stop sending non-transactional messages to opted-out contacts.
• You will use only APPROVED message templates for non-session messages and will not misrepresent template categories.
• You will not send spam, phishing, scams, harassment, or unlawful content.
• You will not impersonate any other person or business.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you send through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service and delivering messages through Meta.

4. Fees & Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the subscription you select. Messaging fees levied by Meta are either passed through or reflected in the plan price; refer to your billing dashboard for details. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, put the Service, our infrastructure, or other users at risk, or if Meta restricts your WhatsApp Business Account. You may cancel at any time from account settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR REJECTIONS CAUSED BY META.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
